Shipping
Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating the total time until your order arrives, please keep in mind that this is the total time including time spent for crafting and packaging, delivery to the shipping provider, and of course time that the package is “in transit” to you. Usually the order date is not considered the first business day.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping to Greece - Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping
Cost 2.50EUR | Arriving 2-3 business days after the order was placed.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders above 40.00EUR.
Shipping to rest of Europe - EU Shipping
Standard shipping
Cost 6.50EUR for orders up to 30EUR | Arriving 5-8 business days after the order was placed.
Cost 8.50EUR for orders 30-70EUR | Arriving 5-8 business days after the order was placed.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders above 70.00EUR.
Shipping to rest of the world - International Shipping

Cost 7.00EUR for orders up to 30EUR | Arriving 8-13 business days after the order was placed.
Cost 9.00EUR for orders 30-70EUR | Arriving 8-13 business days after the order was placed.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders above 70.00EUR.
Returns
If your dog (or you) is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. No questions asked. The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resellable conditions to be eligible.
To return an item to us, please contact us by email and let us know why you are returning the item and we will then guide you through the procedure to follow. Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.
