Update my Order

Once an order is submitted, if you need to update items on your order please contact us as soon as possible. The easiest way would be to create a new order with your updated items and cancel your existing order. Do not forget to notify us if you do so.

Change my Shipping Service

At the time you completed your order you can't update the shipping service.

Change the ship to address

You can update the ship to address. Contact us as soon as possible so we can update the ship to address for your order. We’ll make every effort to update your address.

Cancel my Order

Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you’d like to cancel your order. We’ll make every effort to cancel your order.

In some cases we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped. In these situations, we may need to process a return once your order has been delivered.

Order Tracking

An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the applicable tracking number(s). If you can’t locate your tracking number feel free to contact us.

Payments

Once you have placed all of your items in the cart, you simply click 'Checkout' and follow the next screen to input your billing and shipping details. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal. We do not accept: Money orders, Checks, Canadian coins, Cashier check.

You don't need to have an account to place an order. Nevertheless you can create one and save your info for future purchases. If you can't login follow the appropriate information for reseting your password. If you still experience problems, contact us ASAP and we'll get you sorted out.
